Monica has an MBA in Marketing from American University, (Washington D.C.) and is a Certified Management Consultant with International Management Consulting as well as a professional speaker. Adept at training, Monica has conducted hundreds of training programs and seminars on strategic planning, human resource development and customer service. Monica was named one of PA Best 50 Women in Business in 2009 and is the 2010 recipient of the YWCA Women of Excellence Award. Monica currently serves on the boards of the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region and Center for Independent Living of Central PA.

The Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Institute
The PENNSYLVANIA DISTRICT ATTORNEYS INSTITUTE, the education and training affiliate of the Association, was founded in 1983 for the purpose of developing and providing educational materials and training seminars for District Attorneys. In addition to providing training and materials to District Attorneys and their staffs, the Institute also conducts child abuse investigation courses, caselaw updates and other training courses for Pennsylvania's law enforcement officials. It now administers programs to provide training to victim service professionals as well.
Statewide coordinated training maximizes networking opportunities and access to resources for each District Attorney's Office.
